Please provide the name and email for each attendee. You may add up to 20 attendee names then submit. Please ensure the names are spelled correctly. We print certificates prior to the class and we want to make sure the names are spelled correctly.
As the person registering the attendees, please submit your information at the top of the form. If you are attending the class as well, please input your name and contact information as the 1st Attendee.
Do not input your email for each attendee. You must provide the attendee’s email.
We provide instructions and materials to attendee in advance of the class and we need to ensure they receive the materials and information prior to the class.
If an attendee name needs to be changed, please let us know as soon as possible.
