There are no refunds to the buyer or agency thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the purchased class. However, the buyer or agency can substitute another attendee for the same class without fee or cost.
Additionally, if the buyer or agency has an attendee scheduled for a class in said month, but needs to postpone the attendance to a future class, the amount of the first class will applied to the future class.
Effective April 1st, 2023 there will be a 3% fee charged to the buyer for all partial and full refunds.
We are making this change to accurately reflect that David J. Harris & Associates does not recoup in full the processing fees from our network and payment partners. This change has occurred for instances of refunds, and to match current industry standards nationally.
