This class is designed for those who manage the day-to-day supervision of your Department’s Field Training Program. It is designed for those who have direct supervision of the FTO, Student Officer performance reviews (DOR), managing remedial training efforts, ensuring documentation matches numerical ratings and ensuring the Department’s Student Officer Manual is properly completed, all with a focus on Training Towards Success.
