Retired Chief of Police Bill Cooper has graciously consented to join David J. Harris and Associates. Chief Cooper brings senior management experience from the private sector, as well as 30 years of police experience. Chief Cooper worked in patrol, traffic, detectives, K-9, SWAT and, yes, served as an FTO. Chief Cooper is a management expert who has consulted with and instructed organizations on optimizing performance with existing resources. I encourage you to take a minute and review his bio.
Chief Cooper was extremely involved in the development of our Managing Your FTO Program. He will be joining us as we present this excellent class on September 24th, 2025 in Lynnwood Washington.
